Our office manager and office mom, Krissy, is the heartbeat of our office. She does her very best to ensure that our office is a home-away-from-home, and it is! From stocking our kitchen and feeding Peaches (our office cat) to taking care of clients and getting the job done, Krissy is the best office manager we could ask for.
Krista
Our agency owner and manager, Krista, is the life of the party! Her energy and enthusiasm are contagious. She is so passionate about making sure that her team and clients have everything they need to succeed. Not only is she the greatest boss, she’s the greatest comedian, too!
Melissa
One of our commercial lines agents, Melissa, has the kindest heart. She cares so deeply for her clients and her work. Her hardworking attitude, generous spirit, and insurance knowledge make her the amazing agent she is. You can always count on Melissa to share her stylish closet with you, too (she has the cutest clothes)!
Shannon
One of our commercial lines agents, Shannon, gets the job done! Her work ethic, enthusiasm for learning, and lighthearted spirit make her an awesome agent. She is always striving to learn more and share her knowledge with the team. Not only is Shannon a hard worker, she’s hilarious! She never fails to make us laugh with her funny stories and thoughts.
Daryl
One of our commercial lines agents, Daryl, is personable and easygoing. He is efficient, communicative, and everyone’s favorite (including Peaches, our office cat)! We can’t tell you how many clients have praised Daryl for his awesome work. Daryl gets the job done, no questions asked!
Grace
One of our commercial and personal lines customer service representatives (and soon-to-be personal lines agent), Grace, is positive and dedicated, which makes her an essential part of the team. She has a natural talent for teaching and is always willing to share her knowledge and support others. Grace is the kind of person who makes even the busiest days feel a little brighter!
Amelia
One of our commercial and personal lines customer service representatives (and soon-to-be personal lines agent), Amelia, is so talented and caring. She is a quick learner, so easy to work with, and ensures everything is done right. You can thank Amelia for these beautiful headshots!
Peaches
Peaches is our silly office cat. She showed up one day; we have no idea where she came from or if she has a home. Almost every day, she shows up at our office’s front door DEMANDING us to let her in! Peaches loves to sleep (especially on Grace’s printer), meow as loud as she can (you have NO idea), eat, and scratch her cat tower.
